1. SCOPE
1.1 This Website Privacy Notice describes the analytics, cookies, and forms used on the marketing website at beintandem.co and on Tandem's private client and investor portals at demo.beintandem.co (the "Portals"; together with the marketing website, the "Website"). It applies only to the Website.
1.2 The Website is separate from the Tandem Service applications (Tandem Care, Tandem Clinical, and Practice Hub). No analytics or marketing tools described in this Notice run inside the Service applications. Information in the Service, including protected health information, is governed by the Tandem Privacy Policy at beintandem.co/privacy and by the Business Associate Agreement with each Healthcare Organization.
2. WEBSITE ANALYTICS
2.1 Google Analytics. Tandem uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Website, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive at the Website, and which pages lead to a demo request or sign-up. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects device and browser information, approximate location, the pages viewed, and the time spent on them. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses.
2.2 HubSpot. Tandem uses HubSpot to understand Website traffic and to manage communications with organizations and individuals who contact Tandem. HubSpot uses cookies to recognize returning visitors to the Website.
2.3 Portals. On the Portals, Google Analytics records only an anonymous code for each portal, the type of page viewed (for example, an overview or a demo video), and general device and usage information. The names of clinics, organizations, and investors, the addresses of portal pages, and the documents viewed or downloaded are never sent to Google. Tandem separately keeps a record of who signs in to each Portal and when, for security and to follow up with the people it invited.
2.4 Form Events. When a visitor submits a form on the Website, Tandem records only that a form of a given type was submitted (for example, a demo request). The contents of the form are never sent to Google Analytics.
3. WHAT TANDEM DOES NOT DO
3.1 Tandem does not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, form contents, or any health information to Google.
3.2 Tandem does not use Google Analytics for advertising. Google Signals, remarketing, and advertising personalization are turned off, and Tandem does not share Website data with Google's advertising products.
3.3 Tandem does not use Website visits to show advertisements to visitors on other websites or apps (retargeting), and does not place advertising pixels on the Website.
3.4 Website analytics are never linked to a Patient User, an Organizational User, or any protected health information.
3.5 Tandem does not sell personal information.
4. FORMS ON THE WEBSITE
4.1 Information submitted through Website forms, such as a demo request, a waitlist sign-up, a clinician recommendation, or a job application, is used only to respond to the request and is stored in Tandem's business systems under contract with Tandem's service providers. Website forms are not intended for health information; please do not include details about your health in a Website form.
5. YOUR CHOICES
5.1 Most browsers permit visitors to block or delete cookies. Visitors may also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5.2 Information about how Google uses information from websites that use its services is available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
6. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE
6.1 Tandem will update this Notice before adding or changing any analytics, cookie, or marketing tool on the Website. Each version bears a version number and an Effective Date, set forth above.
